Theme Homework
On separate paper:
Write a paragraph analyzing the theme in either "Rip Van Winkle" or "Thanatopsis"
Your paragraph should be organized like this:
a) What do you claim is the thesis?
b) support with specific examples from the story (i.e. where did you see the theme being developed in the plot/poem?)
c) Explain how you saw the theme in the examples
